About

Instead of pursuing an existing, defined workforce strategy, these two projects aim to generate innovative thinking from the ‘bottom up’. The Australian Centre for Social Innovation (TACSI) is working with partner organisations to design a new business model based on sharing a workforce. ThinkChangeGrow is an ideas generation and testing initiative, working with a cross section of leaders, workers and service users to reimagine what support and work could look like.
